Starting with your initial contact, we listen to your needs and desires and will discuss with you the basic processes that will occur so that you have an understanding of what to expect without confusion. Our estimators come to your home to visually inspect, measure, and photograph areas to be renovated. We specialize in uniquely creative custom work that will highlight the beauty of your home and enhance your comfort, and during our initial meeting we will take notes regarding your instructions.

The information collected will then be captured by our estimators in a written scope of work. We will advise and guide you through any required permitting processes and will provide you with online access to review your detailed written scope of work as well as any-time access to your construction work schedule.
